Hanover Moving on Whippany Redevelopment

In Hanover Township, consensus could come in the form of a CVS.
The drugstore, which is scheduled for final site plan approval from the township planning board on May 26, would be the first store to set up shop in the Whippany Village development. The mixed-use development has taken nearly four years to garner approval from township officials, firefighters and residents, who have grappled with the effect the planned apartments and retailers would have on homes, the adjacent firehouse and the historical character of the neighborhood.
